Strip top soil � to be used for landscaping ready for re-seeding.

100mm drainage laid to suitable ditch/soak away.

Erect fencing and kickboards.    

Posts - 150mm x 75mm x 1200mm from top of kick board.

Pressure Treated Rails - 3 @ 38mm x 100mm.

Kick boards � 150mm x 38mm - 150mm above riding surface.

3.6m gate -  Galvanised hinges and two way latch.
(all new treated timber - 10 year guarantee)

All posts are concreted in to a depth of 600mm.     

Sub base membrane.

Geo Textile membrane eliminates any vegetation.

Sub base stone.

Low fines aggregate levelled to a thickness of 150mm,to create drainage blanket, level and compact.     

Separator membrane.

Separator membrane , heat sealed, upturned and fixed against kick board.
