GROUNDWORKS

East Anglian Stabling are offering you all your equestrian construction requirements, from stable flooring to full yard design drawings, to help you through planning permission. all repair work available, conversions to already existing buildings,Manages and fencing work.

It,s important that you have a good base to build your stables on. We will prepare the ground ready for us to excavate and remove the soil to be re-used as landscaping. With using all modern leveling equipment, 150mm of consolidated crushed hardcore and drains when required, is leveled and compacted to give the creact falls, so water can run freely to the nearest drain. The suttering will be large enough to allow for a 2.4m concrete area to the front of the stables, so there is plenty of room to grom your horse, without having to stand in puddles or on muddy ground. We use 100mm of pre-mixed reinforced fiber concrete that is designed for equestian use, to reduce cracking and give it more structural strength. Although the stables timber is pressure treated, it is still advisable tosite the structure on a brick plinth, so we lay a single course of bricks for the stable to rest on.

FENCING

we can install your fencing for you from small paddocks to large fields, with our modern post driving equipment, or traditional drilled and concrete. all our fencing is pressure treated timber to help prolong the life of the timber. Or perhaps stock fencing with post and rail would be more suitable if you need to keep smaller animals in or out. We knowhow important good fencing and gates are, when keeping your horse safe and secure. Our five bar gate is our most popular and good value gate. The size range from 4' pedestrian gate to 14'field gates. We can also supply sizes that are bigger or smaller than the sizes we have given . add the finishing touch by your choice of latches and catches in galvanized steal.
