The specification is similar to standard units. Tanalised timber skids carry the buildings with steel connecting brackets and tow eyes. Front guttering and fully lined roof canopy are fitted as standard on all shelters. Kickboards to 1.3m high are installed on all buildings. We do advise staking the fronts of units into the ground, especially in exposed positions. Wooden mobile units are extremely versatile in design and use and can be tailored to your specific requirements as will all our buildings.
Mobile Field Shelters on Metal Skids
Shelters are sited upon a heavy duty steel box framework. Rope or chain can be used to attach to towing eyes to enable moving of the shelter. Choosing a dry flat sheltered area is always best to locate your shelter but, if this is not possible, we are able to supply and lay a suitable base such as road plainings to help with drainage and prevent field poaching by your horses.
